19BOX(JUKEBOX) RECORDINGS are proud to announce the launch of their sister label, entitled PARK LIMITED MUZIK.
It is named after DJ 19's famous party "PARK", which is held at the Japan's premier venue "ageHa". The inclusion of the word LIMITED is to differentiate it from 19BOX, with a theme of deleting over-promotion and excess packaging. It is a limited production and there are no represses. The sound features a more techy style to 19BOX.
This first single is "MONOGRAMISM", which was originally made for release from HOOK's techno label, BELLBOY. Due to a delay in release, PARK are now proud to release it from their own label. The original version has already been played on air, and received a lot of attention as the theme track on the K1/cross-martial art TV show "UFC" in Japan.
The flip side of the EP is a remix by DIMAS & MARTINEZ. DIMAS & MARTINEZ are a unit who have released music through Spanish labels such as KING RECORD, MD RECORDS, BEATFREAK, THE UNDERGROUND SOUND OF MADRIDand INTENSO. Writing and releasing since 1993, they have had hits such as "QUE IDEA", "MY THANG", "FLAMENCO TRIP"and "FEELNG", thus becoming one of the main pioneering producers to come out of Spain. Their music is supported by JOHN DIGWEED, SASHA, DANNY TENAGLIA, TIMO MAAS, DEEP DISHand many others.
As remixers, they have remixed tracks by SMOKIN'JO, ECHOMEN, PILIAVIN & ZIMBARDO and VICTOR CALDERONE. In addition, Dimas has made acclaimed tracks under the name of D-FORMATION.
