DINTON MANIAZ aka TC MANIAK was born during a restless time in West-Africa. His parents sent him to a music school in Monrovia at the tender age of 3 - whereby he was taught the basics of African music and instruments. In 1980 his family was forced out of Liberia because of a coup and his father’s involvement as a government advisor. At the time, it appeared it was going to be the end of his musical career. After settling safely in Switzerland he took up piano lessons and went on to garner a degree from The Academy of Music with Honours. During his studies, he was bitten by the dance music bug and he started DJing at the little known 'The Qul' club in the exclusive retreat Les Dureux in the Swiss Alps. After acquiring an Akai MPC sampler, he started producing his own blend of dance music. Already having numerous hits to his name and releases on labels like SPROUT, READY MIX and COMPOSURE, he transported himself into the bodies of well known Dutch producers, PAKO & FREDERIK – simultaneously producing remixes and spawning tracks like "Le Ultra Fresh" and "Damnamite". Perhaps PAKO & FREDERIK and TC MANIAK are one and the same? Only TC MANIAK’s piano teacher in Monrovia will ever know (or not).

DOROHOV & SERGE QUE approach "PUBIC STRANGE" from a melodic frame of mind. DOROHOV is well known for his KOALA project, in collaboration with ANATOLY VORONTSOV. He's been worked for several top-notch labels like PLATIPUS, LOST LANGUAGE, CUBA, PRESSLAB and 3BEAT. SERGE QUE started his career about 15 years ago at the famous Peter Gatien-owned NYC club, The Tunnel. After a few years he moved over to Gatien’s other NYC club, Limelight, as a resident DJ and music director. In 2006 SERGE moved to Moscow to pursue a career in event management. Currently he is behind ‘Dance Factory’; which is one of the most listened to radio shows in Russia. This show provides him an audience of over 375,000 people in Moscow alone. QUE has released several MIX CDs, such as "Vapourise" with an Australian progressive legend KASEY TAYLOR, and "19box Into The Battle In Russia" with 19Box head honcho DJ 19.

DJ 19 & THOMAS PENTON are at it again with a brand spanking new track entitled "3 A.M. Delightful" on 19BOX. The duo have already partnered together to make the track "Ima" and produced JAFROSAX's anthemic house tune "SAXTATIC”. With “3 A.M. Delightful” the duo take on the Japanese vocal and give it the same preferential treatment that "IMA" had in the past. Their original version is destined to become another captivating, driving and energetic progressive affair for those who like it techy and sultry.

The flip side sees MOHAWK on remix duties. His take on “3 A.M. Delightful” is a more peak time house affair that explores electro and trance vibes. MOHAWK is the guise for MO VOLANS. Since he started this project he has signed projects to BAROQUE, FRAGILE, SUBVERSIVE and SYSTEM.

MOHAWK remixes have already appeared on CURVVE, SOMATIC SENSE, POSITIVA (THE SHAPESHIFTERS) and TWISTED FREQUENCY. MO VOLANS’ portfolio spans over a decade and there aren’t many labels of note that he hasn’t worked with. Some of his previous aliases include: OPENAIR, MOHAWK, MO AND SKINNY and TWISTED AIR.

DJ 19 4 STEVE MAY is the hybrid brainchild of Tokyo based producer DJ 19 & Melbourne based producer STEVE MAY. MAY has released tracks through many well known labels EQ (GREY), BAROQUE, AVA and FIVE AM since he was 20. In 2005, DJ 19 invited STEVE to his legendary party "PARK" entitled "PARK - May I Dance With U?". Through that invitation, they both discovered and shared similar influences in club music. As a result of this instant connection, they discovered that they clicked in the studio right away. Julianne, originally from Sydney, the soulful Australian singer/pianist/songwriter,and painter is currently based in Tokyo. And she is also known as a vocalist of AMBROZIA, DJ 19's chillout/electronic recording outfit. “And I Love To Say Goodbye” is taken from “Timeless “, a self-produced album of original songs fusing together elements of world, jazz and pop. But 19BOX RECORDINGS delivered 3 wonderful remixes with Moussa Clarke, OMB and Valid Evide

Moussa Clarke remix is a driving slice of old-school piano house that will surely please fans of his past work. This is a peak time stuff, and of course the production is top notch, as you would expect from an artist of Moussa’s caliber. He unleashed his first track in 1994, working with Jamie White under the moniker Party Faithful. “Let There Be House” initially came out on Oven Ready, a label Moussa set up. The track was soon snapped up by XL Recordings and even made the UK’s Top 50. Moussa and Jamie continued to collaborate - evolving into the PF Project, they produced the massive “Choose Life”, which sampled the actor Ewan McGregor’s anti-establishment rant from the cult movie “Trainspotting”. Starting out as a cool bootleg for the clubs, the track exploded into the Top 10 when Positiva officially released it in 1997. Moussa and Jamie returned to the charts soon after as Tzant, with a ubiquitous speaker freaker called “Sounds of Wickedness”, then Moussa hooked up with Nick Hanson under the alias Musique to deliver “New Year’s Dub”. Their ballistic bootleg was signed to Universal back in 2001 – the year Moussa’s Miami Winter Music Conference took an exceptionally surreal twist when Universal sent the starstruck pair to meet U2 in Florida to film the video for the single. As a producer par excellence, he has built up a mind-blowing body of work over the years and his name is credited on more than 150 tracks and remixes. He has remixed a huge range of artists, including Adamski, Afrika Bambaataa, Monie Love, Nitin Sawhney, Phats & Small and more recently, Simple Minds, Wally Lopez and Jody Wisternoff.

OMB remix takes the tune into a deeper direction. OMB is Daisuke Yamagishi’s solo project who is running FRAME RECORDINGS.

Valid Evidence hails from Tokyo and is a production duo. Named checked by the likes of Afterlife already. They will release a debut album "This Is A Journey Into Sound" in Sep. For this release, Valid Evidence takes influences from Art Of Noise and produce a stunning chillout soundscape."
